These terms govern your use of eMedPortal, its courses, question banks and mock tests. By creating an account or buying access you agree to them.
1. Your account
You must give accurate details when you register and keep your password private. One account is for one person: eMedPortal allows a single active device per account, and signing in elsewhere ends the earlier session.
2. What you are buying
A purchase grants you personal, non-transferable access to a specific course or mock test for the number of days shown on the plan you chose. Access is one-off and does not renew automatically.
3. Acceptable use
Questions, explanations and images are protected content. You may not download, record, republish, resell or share them, in whole or in part. Sharing account credentials or exporting the question bank may result in access being revoked without refund.
4. No exam guarantee
Our material is prepared for exam revision. We do not guarantee a pass, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for DHA, DOH, MOH, SDLE, QCHP, OMSB, NHRA, RCSI, Prometric or Pearson VUE. Always confirm current syllabus and format with the awarding body.
5. Payments
Prices are shown in US dollars and are charged at checkout. Purchases are not refundable except as set out in our refund policy.
6. Changes and availability
We may add, update or withdraw content and may suspend the service for maintenance. Where a change materially reduces what you paid for, we will try to offer an equivalent replacement.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the affected product.
8. Contact
The governing law, jurisdiction and registered business details will be inserted by the client before launch.
